Short description:

BISS d.o.o. within the invite for delivering project proposals “Improving the Competitiveness and Efficiency of SMEs through Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) – 2” from the program Competitiveness and Cohesion 2014 – 2020 implements a project titled “Improving the competitiveness of BISS d.o.o. through investment in new ICT solutions ”. The project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund.

The implementation of the project began on December 15, 2019, and the project duration is 18 months until June 15, 2021.

Project summary:

The company has come to a position of limited sales growth due to the technological lacking of our solution on the new platforms of our clients. In addition, operational challenges in irrational customer relationship management, inconsistent financial indicators, unsystematic marketing activities and the problem of inefficient task management were identified. With this project, we want to acquire a platform for developing solutions for processing large amounts of data that will allow us to improve our basic process of developing our own software solutions and adapt to new platforms

and CRM solution in the cloud to manage relationships with our customers and certain processes in the company.

Total project value (in HRK): 1.809.260,00

Amount co-financed by the EU (in HRK): 1.339.850,00

Grant amount (in HRK): 870.902,50

Project implementation period (from-to): 15.12.2019.-15.6.2021.
